The program is called Rise Up Cambridge that is intended to help households with at least one child. This program is being funded by a commitment from Cambridge, Massachusetts worth $22 million. The applications for this program will open on June 1 and will close on July 31. The applications will be approved on a rolling basis. Those who are eligible will be given $500 monthly payments for 18 straight months with a total of $9,000 each.
